As previously announced, the Company has transitioned to a December 31 fiscal year end; accordingly, the three months ended June 30, 2008, will be reported as the second quarter of 2008. In conjunction with the upcoming release, Pioneer has scheduled a conference call for August 7 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time (1:00 p.m. Central Time).
